What a beautiful setting for dinner. Located on Beaucette marina with great views and lots of outdoor seating. The staff are attentive, polite and friendly and the chef Andrew Richardson is amazing. We had cajun scampi to share which were divine. I had the lamb skewers with Korean glaze to start … melted in the mouth and my friend chose the Guernsey scallops, which were huge!
Followed by sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection 🥰 and the locally caught turbot … sublime!
Highly recommend you pay them a visit
Look out for their summer BBQs and bottomless brunches too

Summer lunch in idyllic Guernsey Dog friendly too!!
The service was attentive, Dog friendly out on the patio overlooking the Harbour area.
    Lovely setting and people.
We had a wonderful snack lunch by choice as eating out later. Two dishes Cajun prawns and Salt and pepper squid, both dishes the larger size by order.
Both arrived hot and tasted wonderful, with cols cider and plenty of ice washed it down. My wife had the local Gin which was lovely and our dog Murfy iced water. The waiters were very attentive, and explained it was a busy time so apologised for any delays. We had none and enjoyed a lovely few hours, would love to try the main menu’s maybe later in our stay, would definitely recommend, kind regards

    Greatly impressed.
Very generous size portions perfectly executed, fish cooking spot on, crab salad enough for two, prawns, scallops fab, local oysters on the small side but very nice. Pleasant relaxed surroundings and friendly staff, good size glass wine, cannot fault it.

    Great location with better food.
Amazing location and better food. Spot on. Seafood risotto was top notch. It wasn’t too pricey either. The views over the marina across to Herm are fab.

My roast lamb dinner was by far the best restaurant Sunday roast I’ve had. It was superbly cooked, very well presented and every element was completely delicious. I rarely manage to clear my plate, especially at lunch time, but it was no trouble at all today, despite it being a very generous serving. The staff were attentive throughout and the restaurant manager was lovely, kindly accommodating my in-laws’s request for a table with easy access and a sea view during what has been a very busy lunchtime for Saltwater. This restaurant is an absolute gem!

We went for a friends birthday lunch, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The starter, main and cocktails were delicious! I had the tempura soft shell crab and moules mariniere. They surprised our friend with a Happy Birthday dessert and lovely hand written card…an extra special touch! We’ll definitely be back.
