    Prices and Booking
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will pay for that booking. Once a booking

Price Reviews and Adjustments
We reserve the right to review and amend our prices for future bookings at any time.
Any change will apply only to new bookings made after the change takes effect.
We will not alter the agreed price for an existing confirmed booking unless:
● (a) you request a change to your booking (e.g. dates, duration, number of guests, or optional
extras); or

providing your accommodation.
In such cases, we will notify you in writing of any resulting price adjustment before final

deposit has not yet been received), we will give at least 14 days’ notice of the new rate to either
accept or cancel free of charge.
Fairness and Transparency
We are committed to being fair and transparent in all our pricing.
All rates are clearly stated at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges
